CCTV Cameras and reporting any unusual occurrences.
•Enforce policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down by the management in order to achieve the highest level of uniformity and client service to prevent and containment of situations and incidents that may cause material or reputation damage to QNCC as events venue.
•Booking events needed services through EBMS system i.e., traffic management security officers, Ehteraz & temperature checking security officers, valet parking drivers, ambulance services etc.
•Logging in invoices through EBMS system.

•Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.

•Analyse data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
•Receiving incoming calls either through radio, phones and intercoms.

•Directing guards on the ground especially on crowd management as we can cover a wider area.

Also to secure local charges for the imported and Exported merchandise both as FCL (Full Container Load) and as LCL (Less Container Load ).
•Coordinating and booking space with the Airlines (Lufthansa, Emirates, Kenya Airways and Air France etc) based on the CBM (Cubic Measurement) or volume weight.
•Executing, Cancelling and retiring all the bonds for imported, exported or warehoused goods
•Signing all the final documents after the export.
•Sending the SI (Shipping Instructions) to both Airlines and Shipping lines on how the final House/Master waybills or b/ls should read.
