HR Policies and Procedure
Design and develop Company HR Policies and Procedure according to the company requirements and Qatar Labor Law
Assist the company with their HR and Administration start-up requirements such as Labor requirements, setting up their office documentations, and recruitment.

Nakilat is the world’s leading transporter of liquefied natural gas and DAMEN is a global leader in ship construction.
❖ Compensation and Benefits Administration (main function)
o Process full cycle of company payroll through SAP HRIS.
o Verify and process any payments or deductions, overtime, salary revisions, bonuses, and ensure that supporting documents are available for any additions or deductions from employees’ normal salary.
o Coordinate with Finance for any salary related reports.
o Coordinates with Finance and HR Manager in preparing and implementing salary revisions.
o Process end of service settlement of employees.
o Coordinates with Internal and External Auditor relating to company compensation and benefits.
o Accommodate employee inquiry on their salaries and other benefits, or any other issues I can assist
them.
o Administer the ticket, leave, insurance and other benefit eligibilities of employees.
o Maintain confidential information such as employee salaries, employee personal information.
❖ SAP HRIS
o Process payroll through SAP HRIS
o Start to end process of employee cycle in SAP.
o Keeping employee data base in SAP up-to-date.
o Train and assist in SAP
❖ Other Responsibilities
o Coordinate in designing HR Policies and Procedure
o Accommodate internal and external Audits for HR Department
o Full Cycle of Recruitment during the early phase of the company
o Coordinates with Recruitment team with regards to new employee HR Orientation.
o Process HR and Administration invoices in SAP System
o Fleet Management (during the early phase of the company)
o Prepare/issue department official correspondence/memo/letters.
o Creating the necessary HR form and update them as required.
o Coordinating with immigration staff on the company’s immigration requirements - Business
visas, Residence permit process, RLIC gate pass etc.
o Set up and maintain HR filing system, including physical files and computer database files, consistent
with internal policy and ISO requirements.
o Provide assistance and advice to HR team as required.
o Other such responsibilities that HR manager may reasonably assigned
Assisting the HR manager with training and development by keeping an adjacent look at the companies training requirements and coordinating with training institutes to fulfill them.
•Assisting the HR Manager in conducting Performance Appraisal of the organization.
•Prepare the Annual Budget for Casual Labors, Vehicle related expenses and Sewage & Skip.
•Coordinating all matters relating to casual labours and their suppliers, such as time and attendance, payments, grievances, etc.
•To manage ticketing related benefit for the employees.
•Submit a monthly report to Accounts Department on the expenses incurred by HR Department.
•Set up and maintain HR filing system, including physical files and computer database files, consistent with internal policy and ISO requirements.
•Prepare department communications/correspondence and memo.
•Coordinates with the company’s vehicle related legal requirements, such as its insurance and registration renewal. The company had around 16 vehicles.
•Prepare Purchase Requisition and Good Receipt to process all HR and Admin expenses using ERP Symix.
•Arrange business travel for the Managers and company guest, such as visa, ticket and hotel.
•Accommodate employees inquires as well as handle grievances and disciplinary issues with a “personal touch” approach.
•Take up the role as GM’s Secretary as required.
Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
•Filing and updating department records and ensure it traceability.
•Screening calls for the GM’s office.
•Telemarketing.
Maintained a high level of costumer satisfaction.
•Assist customer to ensure that they are happy and satisfied with the service.
•Responsible for daily and monthly inventory of products.
•Achieve or exceed the given sales quota.
•Prepares monthly sales report and, fast and slow moving products.
