Responsibilities:

• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
• Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.
• Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Responsible for tracking of goods dispatched to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
• Prepares and processes merchandise to be returned to suppliers or delivered to customers.
• Maintains automated logs of all shipments outgoing and incoming (return shipments).
• Maintains document record such as receivings of customer and maifest of Aramex.
• Maintain Shipping records, plus providingtracking or shipping history information to customers on request.
• Communicate status of Shipping/Receiving activities to appropriate personnel within the organization.
• Review open customer orders, create pick lists, coordinate with warehouse for smooth operation to efficiently meet the customers’ shipping schedule and satisfy the requested ship dates.
