Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and recommend key performance indicators to
all positions.
Conduct workload analysis and identify manpower shortages and surpluses.
Integrate PMS through HRIS.
Supervise performance appraisals -one to one- processes among all departments.
Analyze company performance regarding 9 grid-box matrices.
Develop annual succession and action plan.
Identify training needs of the company (TNA).
Create and update HR policies regarding market best practices and corporate governance.
Measure the impact of training programs and calculate the return on investment (ROI).

Conduct awareness sessions regarding PMS, and competencies.
Design and implement of employee engagement approaches, and analyze the output to
feedback to top management.
Monitor trends and data related to organization development reporting insights to HR director.
Participate in funding programs requirements.
