• Proficient in managing and supervising the complete construction works all facets of planning, site management, coordination, Estimation, Drawings, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control & variance reporting.

• Identifying critical issues/ risks to resolve within the time to avoid any delay/ impact on the project.
• Supporting the conduct of internal and external audits by providing information and answers to auditors
• Review and approvals of project invoice every month.
• Preparing and forwarding fortnightly/monthly reports and analyses to key senior managers in the business
• Closing: Making sure the Project is successfully handed over.
• Leading and supervising the building’s design projects
Worked 1 year full time and 3 years as technical consultant in SEIRIS INDIA for Design and estimation of Expansion joints for cement, power, steel, fans, and petroleum industries
Worked in VRF air conditioning system projects
Master of Science in Architectural Engineering (KFUPM, KSA), with core areas such as Building Science, Thermal Assessment of Building Envelope, Energy Conservation in Buildings, Construction Contracting, Etc.
