Taking part in integration project:
- Building consolidation model from RAS to US GAAP for OPEX, Fixed Assets
- Building and implementation of reconciliation process for US GAAP and RAS according to SOX for OPEX, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Accrued Liabilities
- Creation SOX documentation (SOPs) for OPEX, Fixed Assets, Accrued Liabilities
- Providing trainings for RAS accountants about SOX and coaching them about reconciliation over RAS accounts
- Coaching RAS accountants about Microsoft Excel
Perform submission of finance reporting data:
- Performing monthly US GAAP consolidation of FS for Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan
- Reporting OPEX, Fixed Assets, Accrued Liabilities
- Perform accounts analyses and accounts reconciliations for US GAAP part
- Posting and reversing journal entries in 1C (Revenue, OPEX, AR, AP, Inventory, PPE, Bad Debt provision etc.)
Business analysis:
- Providing Budget vs Actual analysis (BVA) over OPEX and CAPEX on monthly basis
- Providing business with recommendations based on BVA results
- Support of PO & PR approval process

- Audit of financial statements under RAS, IFRS, US GAAP
- Audit of Revenue, OPEX, Other income/loss, PPE, AR, AP, Inventory, Cash etc.
- Reviewing the clients’ accounting and internal control systems
