• Interfacing as infrastructure manager managing the infra requirements for Australian bank end-to-end project management involving requests for new installations or to modify existing infra components
• Directing Windows Server migration raising changes in Remedy tool and coordinating the same during implementation
• Coordinating with both on and offshore solution providers
• Using range of technologies such as platform, storage, database, middleware and applications
• Preparing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs and requests for change (BMC remedy tool)
• Liaising with Project Manager, Field Technicians & external / internal vendors
• Rendering technical expertise to identify & provide technical solutions to meet customer pipeline integrity needs
• Collating all quality inspection data & documents to produce a comprehensive report of pipeline integrity in a client specified standard
• Detecting & checking the metal loss, corrosion, pits, dents, pipeline components & other pipeline features
• Interfacing with Project Managers & Operations Team for consistent business maneuvers & desired output
• Conducting data analysis / internal quality check and generating the respective prelim / final reports
Joined Malomatia as ICT Specialist for the reporting and consulting assignments within the PMO group in HMC
Working with the project management group to render PMO services to all the stake holders within Logica.
Handling the operations team day to day activities and ensuring the benefits realization of all the work packages covered within the support group
