Brief Duties:
- Assist the Director-General in the management and organization of work, management and organization of the preparation of correspondence and its drafts referred to by the Director General and follow up all topics related.
- Office coordination: Responsible for providing office management services to the Managing director, this includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records.
- Providing periodic and annual reports to the top Managment.
Brief Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations, contracts, payment of contracts, etc ) and the monthly reports plus the reports of products co- operate with the accounting, projects and sales management (every three months)
- Preparing all procedures of the meetings for the board of director, general assembly and periodic meeting and writing
reports of its decisions.
- Recording employees files, following and supervising all steps of employing and relate that with the work office.
- Evaluate the performance of employee and also follows the steps of local and annual leave.
- Supervision of the process of promotion and advertising which
reflect all services and products of the company in its best face.
1. Typing all the letters officially heading to Trademark Registrar
office.
2. Filing and recording all the documents.
3. Follow up of the IP procedures at the IP Khartoum office.
4. Attending IP seminars on behalf of the office.
