• Formulating marketing strategy in line with the communication strategy of QF. Providing inputs in developing annual marketing plan
including identification of target markets, and target audience with relevant channels of communication. Monitoring adherence to the finalized plan timelines and budgets.
• Conducting brand/consumer research by giving inputs for research brief and selection of agency.
• Identifying key messages and expected outcomes for marketing campaigns/projects. Preparing a marketing brief for the agency,
ensure that media channels identified for the campaign/project are in line with media plan and working closely with other
departments to ensure execution of all campaigns and projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Identifying opportunities in target print media for advertorial in line with the advertorial strategy and budget.
• Identifying and assessing sponsorship opportunities for QF, in alignment with department business plan.
• Receiving and managing creative, videos and marketing projects from QF Centers and departments. Providing advice and consultation to clients to ensure that all key messages reach select target audiences efficiently in adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Evaluating select list of partner advertising agencies periodically, based on performance, adherence to deadlines and quality of work.
• Providing inputs to the Marketing Manager for the formulation and development of SOPs for Marketing Unit including formats and policies and taking ownership of the relevant processes to ensure compliance with them.
• Reviewing performance of direct reports on a periodic basis, in conjunction with Marketing Manager. Identify training needs based on performance review.
• Acting as branding and marketing consultant to all QF centers and departments.
• Successful launch of several large scale projects in QF, including 2 international campaigns.
• Established a long term agreement with Qmedia, negotiated benefits and services with vendor guaranteeing competitive rates and services for QF and its centers
• Negotiated strategic partnership with The Economist beginning September 2012.
• Established contracts with a number of creative agencies locally and regionally to benefit QF‟s centers through Shared Services

The campaign ran over a duration of 1.5 years, covering Qatar, MENA, Europe and US through several media channels.
• Worked with Marketing Manager on the establishment of QF's strategic partnership with CNN.
