•Performing external and internal communication using MS office programs.
•Administrative duties, such as (filling, faxing, copying and mailing).
. Preparing orientation programs for new employees.
.Preparing the time sheet for the employees.
.Checking their formal papers, such as residency, health certificates.
It is a high diploma course fr five months, each day for four hours. It was held at Talal Abu- Ghazaleh's institute.
