Taking a detailed position brief for hiring community (Managers/TA Directors/ TA Manager). Evaluate
internal and external referral CV’s and initiate pre-screens with candidates.
Screen candidates in order to provide qualified shortlists to hiring managers ensuring the applicant
meets position requirements.
Ensures compliance with company recruitment as an employer of choice
Provides information on benefits, professional development and general company information to
potential candidates.
Work with hiring managers to coordinate formal, competency-based interviews.
Organizing and managing new employee orientation and on-boarding procedures.
Answer questions and provide follow-up for employees regarding Company Policies and procedures.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
Monitoring the employee leave forms (Vacations & Sick leaves)
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Maintain all HR related reports and Documentation.
Preparing certificates for employees like: Salary certificate, Employment certificates and Experience
certificates.
Conducting an Exit interview and clearance form for resigned employees.
Working closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement
policies and procedures;
Explaining and providing information on employee Medical insurance policy and claims processing.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Networking with HR peers, both internally and externally
Having background in the government relations
Job Discretion:
1- Handling Payroll.
2- Handling all the vacation leave
3- Explain company personnel policies benefits, and procedures to employees or job 4- Registration of
employees in the medical insurance and follow all the belongings
Applicants..
5- Process, vinify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activates such as staffing.
Recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
6-Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings absences,
amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for
terminations.
7-Process, and review employment applications in in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of
applications.
8-Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaried, benefits and other pertinent
information.
9-Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
