Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.
•Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.
•Faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning.
•Updating and maintaining the holiday, absence and training records of staff.

•Ensure dispatching of all couriers for inbound and outbound.

•Updating and recording theater data file for UAE and GCC.
Assist in maintaining files and databases.
•Preparing and recording daily and monthly sales report.
•Preparing and making invoices.
•Responsible for handling and reporting daily staff attendance.
•Calculating and handling staff payroll.
•Reviewing files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests and inquiries.
•Answering telephone calls and intercoms.
