reels for the companys platforms.
• Design marketing and printed materials such as brochures, flyers, flash cards,
notebooks, copybooks, IDs, and certificates.
• Coordinate with printing suppliers regarding designs, quantities, and production
orders.
• Cover school events and daily activities through photography and content
creation for students and staff.
• Edit and produce video content and reels using video editing tools for social
media publishing.
• Manage content uploads while ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and messages via
Facebook and Instagram.
• Organize and update lead sheets and share qualified leads with the admissions
team.
• Assist in marketing activities and promotional campaigns to support brand
visibility and engagement.

Preparing Cash Flow Statment
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying,
computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
• Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Reconciling invoices.
-Processing payments.
• Preparing cheques for payment.
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor.
• Preparing bank reconciliation (Reconciling processed work by verifying entries
and comparing system reports to balances).
-Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Make all transactions on ERP system.
