Import, Export, & Cross Trade: Airfreight & Seafreight (FCL & LCL):

• Handle Key Account Clients
• Get Rates from shipping lines, airlines, agents, and NVOCC….
• Negotiate rates with worldwide agents, airlines, shipping line, & NVOCC
• Costing and Pricing Quotations.
• Sending offers to clients.
• Booking space for shipment.
• Issuing B/Ls for export shipments, export documents (ECTN, CTN, BSC, BIC, …)
• Follow up the shipment and update clients with shipment status.
• Insuring cargo.
• Coordinating info with operations & accounting Department.
• Meeting with sipping lines representatives & direct clients that don’t involve salesmen.
• Monitoring issuance of Invoices to clients based on cost/selling for each shipment.
• Handling monthly statistics / progress summary.
• Leading & helping Juniors.
