HEAD FLORIST
• Responsible for flower arrangements including but not limited to orders.
• Accepting orders thru online and accomplishing required orders on time.
• Creating sample arrangements regularly.
• Updating online merchants page including posting of new items in the menu and its details.
• Calling and transacting to all suppliers - flowers and raw materials needed.
• Answering all customers inquiries thru calls and private messages
• Regular trimming of flowers in-store to keep its freshness and quality.
• Cleaning the place of work regularly specially after each order or arrangements.
• Keeping a thorough budget sheet and/ or expense report.

• Cleaning the personal rooms of the Bosses including but not limited to changing
the linen, cleaning the bathroom, the rooms balcony area and the corridors
under the cleaning standard set aligned with that of similar to a 5 star hotel.
• Cleaning guests rooms when theres guest staying. Making sure all the guest
needs and requests are met.
• Cleaning the common areas where Bosses and guests sits.
• Doing turn down service for all the family rooms and guests rooms.
• Reporting and highlighting maintenance issues, if any in a particular room or area
and making sure it is rectified and fixed well.
• In occasions, stepping up as a personal assistant or butler to a specific Boss or
most of the times to a particular guest defending on the preference to be
fulfilled.
• Travels locally and/ or abroad together with Boss when needs arises.
• Performing deep cleaning of the rooms when the Bosses is outside of the country.

• Purchasing the necessary types of flowers to be used as per the preference of the
Boss. Physically going to the flower market to personally choose fresh flowers to
be arranged.
• Preparing the vases and all the needed materials to be used.
• Making the flower arrangements required (specified by the Bosses).
• Displaying all the flower arrangements in the respected areas.
• Cleaning the working area after finishing all the arrangements needed.
• Checking and rechecking the arrangements - change water or re-arrange it when
needed on the next day.
• Disposing of wilted flowers/ arrangements then cleaning the vases and putting it
back to its storage.
• Handing over the receipt(s) and discussed to the finance officer-in-charge about
the purchased done. All expenses must be tallied specially if purchasing is done
in two or more shops. Surrendering the change if any.
• Performing annual inventory of the vases on hand. Keep physical status and
photos of all. Note when and why, if any has been broken or missing. Then report
the findings to the immediate superior or directly to the Boss if asks.
• Performing weekly/ routinely cleaning of the vases and materials storage. Take
note of the quantity of the materials like green sponge, flower paints, flower
perfume etc. if needed to purchase.
• Checking the markets, malls, or shops for new style and designs of flower vases
at times. Informing the Boss directly if found any about it for the possibility of
purchasing it.

• Daily performing of assigned task: cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, corridors and
public areas.
• Making sure the high standards of cleanliness as set forth for the guests and the
hotel as a whole are met.
• Refilling of the cleaning chemicals to be used. Thorough knowledge of different
chemicals and its classes is necessary to avoid mishandling and misusing.
• Organizing, preparing, cleaning and refilling of all essential supplies of the
cleaning caddy or cleaning cart before and after each shifts.
• Daily checking and cleaning of the vacuum cleaner used in the guest rooms
before and after each shifts.
• Reporting maintenance issues if any in a particular room before its been
available to be occupied by the guest.
• Following the step by step procedures in reporting lost and found items (belongings of any guests left inside the rooms or hotel premises).
• Making sure all the guests preferences are met.
• Making some towel art folding as part of the bespoke services.
• Doing the turndown service and providing the necessary details: sweets beside
the bed, green card for linen and the specific F&B promotional brochure
scheduled for the next day.
• Product know-how (knowledge about the property i.e. restaurant, laundry,
cleaning time etc.) is preferred so if in case any guest asks.

ADDITIONAL:
• I was assigned as a room attendant for MYSTERY GUEST/ MYSTERY SHOPPER for two consecutive years (2017 & 2018) and bagged the highest scores significantly in both years.
• Attend the rooms of various VVIPs like politicians, celebrities, athletes, social media influencers, globally known personalities and alike.
• Recipient of OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE in TRIPADVISOR for seven consecutive months starting June til December 2018 and announced as a 3rd quarter and 4th quarter CHAMPION in the said platform which was the very first for the Housekeeping Department that time.

• Act as a liaison between Taiwanese supervisors and Filipino co-workers by
translating Chinese Mandarin to English and to Filipino language - Tagalog if necessary during meetings and alike both in the production line and in the dormitory.
• Part of the responsibility is to be a leader (alongside with the other translators) or
be the officer-in-charge of the day in the dormitory office (scheduled given by the dormitory manager) attending to some 400+ Filipinas and 300+ male and female Thais queries and/ or needs.
• Assisting the dormitory manager in office tasks like filing of sick leaves or day leaves when necessary and informing the Chinese production supervisor about it through direct phone calls to them.
• Making the weekly schedules for the off duty employees to clean the common dormitory areas.
• Performing night physical attendance check (with other onduty translators of the day). Everyone must be inside the dormitory premises before the set curfew time.
• Accompanied fellow worker(s) to the Chinese government entity or Chinese hospitals where translation is needed.

• Inspecting glass panel monitor using final macro machines under
specific standard criteria.
• Inspecting finished products for any evidence of defects like scratch,
broken, bubbles, dent, foreign materials and others.
• When found defects, judging it using the criteria specified then do
whats necessary.
• Packing finished products and make a delivery to the next line station
or preparing it for outside delivery.

• Operating of auto-moulding machines like TOWA, G-Line, G-Cube and
YAMAHA.
• Knowing the different specifications of each machines for each use for
memory and SD cards production.
• Inspecting of finished products using specific standard criteria before
handling it to the next process.
• Perform routine machine cleaning when the machines reaches its
maximum moulding capacity level.

• Operates seal printing auto-machines for panel monitor LCDs.
• Preparing the appropriate printing paste and printing screens to be
used for each of work orders.
• Making sure that theres no mixed-up, different work orders might have
but not all have different printing pastes but definitely different
printing screens.
• Cleaning the machine itself after each printing specially if the printing
paste is different from the next.
• Cleaning the printing screens in the designated area using chemicals
specifically for each product type.

• Operates semi-auto punching machines like 10 tonner, 35 tonner and
Robot Camera Punching (RCP) for flexible printed circuits (FPCs)
production.
• Inspecting output products manually in an interval sequence specified
in the criteria.
• Taking the necessary action once defects were found or present.
• Perform routine machine cleaning when needed before using.
