• Lead and manage all HR functions, policies, and programs.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with
organizational goals.

• Entering the main data of financial transactions into the database on a daily basis and Disbursing salaries to employees, cashing checks to clients, and disbursing cash for daily financial transactions. In addition to following up the monthly financial transfers from the HQ, and following up on social security and income tax.
• Follow up on database programs and e-mail.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints directly.
• Ensure that any inquiries and refund issues are followed up and resolved promptly.
• Managing the clearance of imported goods at the airport, seaport or land port.
• Do periodic accounts and pay customers and container owners through bank transfers.
• Preparing the annual budget in the presence of an auditing company and distributing profits to partners.
• Maintain accurate records of board meetings, resolutions, and official documents.
• Coordinate board meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, and venue arrangements.
• Assist in drafting and distributing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate communication between board members, school administration, and external stakeholders.
• Manage board correspondence and official communications.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
