Responsibilities:
• Chiefly responsible for directing the marketing efforts, including developing departmental goals and market share growth objectives for the region.
• Develop revenue-generating marketing plans, prepare and supervise marketing budget and direct the team to manage marketing operations within the assigned budget.
• Conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand; develop market positioning and messaging to differentiate the company products in the market.
• Maintain and provide strength to company’s brand position in assigned marketing area; handle promotional activities to support the brand and marketing strategy.

• Select and assign third party agencies for research, advertising and production services as well as perform bi-annual evaluations to supplier databases.
• Analyze competitors’ strategies for similar products and services and accordingly create counter plans to sustain market share for the company.
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the company; lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
• Generate detailed marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends, and submit to senior management, thereby assisting them in effective decision making.
