- assessing different Data Centers, Infrasturcture Components (Network, Servers, Storage, Systems, Security, etc.) with different locations and maturity levels and proposing improvements and solutions to optimize their costs, performance, management and security, along with their technical designs.

•Acting Sr. Project Manager for all Infrastructure Department Projects.
•Provide the required Technical Consultation to the PMO for the assigned or planned projects.
•Contribute in the planning phase for Programs/projects from the technical aspects.
•Make sure that business needs will be covered and provided through the technical requirements gathering process, and assure its efficiency.
•Lead the required technical analysis for the business needs & assure its capability.
•Lead the Project Teams to solve the technical issues and find a way to solve it.
•Make sure that all programs/projects are running smoothly and right on their tracks from the technical side.
•Studying the projects plans & raise the risk flags, and set their contingency plans.
•Cooperate with Technical Departments for resources assignments, reallocations & utilizations.
•Set the technical side Programs/Projects KPIs, report it to PMO.
•Set the Quality Control & Assurance Procedures, and assure its efficiency on the project deliverables.
•Assist the PMO Development Center in the right direction for the required R&D.

• Work independently or on a team to build, deploy, and migrate customers to Cisco & Microsoft Unified Communications Platform including Exchange, Lync, and Office 365.

• Working on R&D projects for developing new application that integrates between Cisco VOIP and others.
• Give a help for internal SD team to understand the essential knowledge about new products & Technologies for Microsoft & Cisco .

• Migrate the old infrastructure servers to new domain, including Domain service, Exchange 2010, Lync 2010 and SharePoint 2010.
• Support company infrastructure including application servers, IPTelephony ”Polycom, Snom, Cisco”.
• Cisco Call manager 7.0, 8.0, 8.6 support and troubleshooting regarding XML applications installation.
• Firewall design specification analysis, procurement, configuration, support and deployment of partner and corporate Data Center firewalls
• Firewall configuration, code upgrades, VPN setup, rule management, performance analysis, rule analysis for customer submissions, design validation, architectural recommendations, and break/fix troubleshooting
• Firewall rule validation and engineering, modification, and intrusion detection enforcement and controls
• Interface with Security & Compliance team to support, develop and enforce Corporate Firewall Security Policies
• Ensures proprietary/confidential data and enterprise systems are always protected
• Provides technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions - with a primary focus on large ERP Systems in a distributed environment

• Participates and can lead capacity planning projects involving networking, security, administers VPN/Remote Access solutions and assists with the design, implementation and maintenance of security focused infrastructure
• Position is required to establish daily security priorities around managing the corporate network infrastructure and its ongoing operations
• Research and formally present cost effective solutions involving network and security needs, and create, enforce and administer rules to prevent systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction
• Encourages constant proactive adherence to effective security design and Firewall Industry best practice
• Participates, supports and ensures regular penetration testing and compliance certifications are achieved through external and internal audit partnership
• Handle the tasks of providing network engineering input on major projects, upgrades, installations
• Responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting changes to the network including cable infrastructure, network software and hardware
• Coordinate with User Support and System Administrators to provide Level III support for technical solutions
• Perform responsibilities of providing detailed documentation and procedures for all solutions
• Responsible for analyzing and recommending the purchase of network equipment
• Handle the tasks of developing and maintaining IT liaison relationship with functional departments and key users
• Monitor various routers and communications equipment that comprise the corporate network by using external and built-in tools
