• Generate recruitment related reports and present to Head of Department
• Source, screen and shortlist Resumes and applications according to Job Descriptions
• Responsible for posting advertisements
• Brand and recruit talent within agreed time lines by selecting the right channels
• Conduct interviews with applicants, and complete a detailed assessment for each interviewee
• Prepare CBI Interviews and maintain all forms updated according to revised job descriptions
• Review and update the recruitment log sheet on a regular basis
• Collaborate with Department Heads/Chairpersons throughout the recruitment process
• Handle employee files (collection of documents and follow up on completion)
• Draft and negotiate Job Offers for selected candidates
• Execute follow up on all employees/applicants inquiries regarding recruitment
• Handle on-boarding activities and execute periodical reviews (Induction, probationary)
• Arrange for as well as handle execution of Job Fairs, Open House, and Employer Branding activities
• Keep up to date with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
• Follow up on internal applicants, letter of intent, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Take part in drafting, negotiating and finalizing the Workforce Plan
• Generate and update several reports (YTD Workforce, Turnover and Tenure, Quality of hires, etc.)
• Implement recruitment and workforce planning strategy
• Participate in creating and developing HR policies for the Group
• Maintain a database of all applicants for all positions

• Maintain HR files in order to ensure all filing is accurate and updated
