As part of my internship program at CSC Bank, I was introduced to and contributed in the following tasks:
- Assessing and analyzing files of new credit card applicants
- Dealing with existing clients' requests such as increase of line request
- Proceeding daily and weekly reports
- Applying internal strategies for evaluating new credit card applicants
- Observing and learning the general process of collecting payments from delayed clients
