 oo Preparing Request For Proposal for new hardware and software products
o Negotiating and establish service contracts with Vendors for the Servers, Network Devices, Security Appliances, CCTV and Times & Attendance Systems
o Ensuring Vendors are meeting the SLA terms and conditions
Analyzing the Request For Proposal from customers and formulating the technical and financial proposals by identifying the appropriate solutions/services from prospective vendors
o Maintaining IT Internal Infrastructure inline to ISO policy
o Maintaining ISO Audit document for IT Infrastructure
