I MANAGE THE STORE, AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACHIEVING COMPANY TARGETS AND MAINTAINING STORE STANDARDS WHILE SUPERVISING THE SALES STAFF AND DIVIDING THE TASKS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE DONE IN THE CORRECT WAY. IN ADDITION FOR CONDUCTING CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND EVALUATION EVERY 5 WEEKS TO STRENGTHEN THE WEAK POINTS IN THE STAFF.
Handles petty cash and maintains cash records.
Prepares all related staffs overtime.
Checking daily emails and action to be taken if required.
Maintains Ministerial documents in store.
Responsible in checking DSSR and rectifying any discrepancies.
Ensure knowledge of daily / weekly targets & lead associates in achieving them.
Accurately complete mark downs, ticketing & tagging checks
Ensure awareness of stock loss issues & follow correct till procedures at all times.
Other administration duties as required.
