*Responsible for leading the full 360 recruitment process for TryCarriage Tech & Product including sourcing and interviewing top talents from around the world.
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Technology and Software Engineering across multiple countries (Egypt, UAE and Pakistan) for Careem Bus Domain.
• Source top talent candidates using a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Wuzzuf and company careers.
• Conduct skills testing for the shortlisted candidates using Hacker Rank Website.
• Participate in recruitment marathons with the People Team for Careem across all countries.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify the requirements and expectations for the open vacancies.
• Partner with the hiring managers to set and drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes, and metrics.
• Create job family for the technical roles in coordination with the tech team.
• Develop and manage a qualified pool of technical candidates for a variety of roles, developing a relationship with prospective talent.
• Leverage Careem’s candidate experience by maintaining relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and administer effective recruiting campaigns to recruit Technology focused employees and contractors for Egypt and the UK.
• Utilize internal database (Zoho Recruit including Talent Pools) to identify potential candidates and disseminate to hiring managers.
• Develop insightful/appealing/effective job postings and post to social media recruiting sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase available candidate pool.
• Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates interested in technology.
• Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet position requirements.
• Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference and background checks as needed.
• Work directly with Acensys management team to assist them in carrying out their goals related to recruiting/talent acquisition.
• Optimize sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely hiring.
• Negotiate candidate compensation within budget and corporate guidelines.
• Represent Acensys to potential candidates in a manner that favorably impacts our talent brand.
• Input applicant tracking information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare Onboarding/New Hire paperwork in a timely and accurate manner including drafting of offer letters and employment contracts.
• Manage our stakeholder in the UK & Egypt (Vodafone)
• Lead talent team of two recruiters.
• Hire talents for our company in Egypt, UAE and KSA.
• Manage & execute all recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, reference checks, pre-onboarding, and process job offers.
• Complete interview arrangements by conducting applicants, scheduling tests & interviews and maintain recruitment manager interviews calendar.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and vacancies updates to ensure proper input for manpower planning.
• Advertise all vacancies internally through the company's network, and externally through various channels.
• Update and develop recruitment database and maintain application archiving systems.
• Follow up with the candidate for the acceptance/rejection of the employment offer and responding to any inquiry.
• Draft job description for most of the company roles.

• Support the recruitment process while working closely with the Recruitment Manager (arranging interviews, providing feedback, conducting offer calls).
• Provide administration support of core HR processes, be first point of contact for employee queries and benefits.
• Create employee file, checklist and follow to completion of staff file.
• Prepare evaluation forms and follow up with managers for timely completion.
• Notify line managers and copy relevant HR Advisor’s on all probation review forms.
• Medical insurance - additions, deletions & claim submissions done weekly.
• Implement learning and development activities by coordinating training sessions, managing attendance, gathering and evaluating employee feedback.
• Handle employees' vacation requests and maintain vacation balance sheet.
• Provide implementation support on HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Handle employees’ payroll and overtime.
