Key Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of Costing Engineers to Supply Commercial interface (UK team) with Cost values to charge our Customer and giving manufacturing plant values to charge UK for harnesses.
• Assisting and Supporting first line managers in Business problem Solving.
• Responsible for Designing and Implementation of on Job training and Improvement plans of team members.
• Supporting team associates with their daily activities.
• Supervise Implementation of all the transferred activities from UK BU.
Key Achievements:
• Supporting Improvement project to create a live video library for all Non-standard processes to be a reference for all the parties involved in using those processes which will save a lot of time.

• Initiating an Improvement process to review Cycle between Costing Dept. the relevant depts. from whom we receive the data to Cost (Design team & Design for manufacturing) to Spot the non-value added areas and minimize it which resulted in an Improvement project to our database and reducing Non-value added time by 34%.
• Leading a negotiation with UK Engineering team leader to review data sent to Costing team which lead to having a new Check list Compatible with Costing requirements and standards for UK design team to adhere to when Creating data that will be sent to the Costing team.
• Implementing a Saving Idea which is moving all the Costing data for the dead projects from the server to DVD’s to be used when needed which saved about 9GB space on our server shared area.
• Participating in maintaining Implementation of 5S Japanese Concept (Sort-Set in order- Shine - Standardize-sustain) within Costing area.
