I worked in MESC L.L.C, Dubai, U.A.E, as a Project Coordinator/ QA/QCEngineer, where I was recognized for Onsite construction activities, Project execution for structure and finishing, Authority approvals and consultant approvals. I am relied upon for maintaining inventory levels, manpower management, coordination with all parties, performing preventive maintenance checks, inspecting and monitoring work areas to ensure quality of work, and supervising and training project employees, including in-house, external contractors, and sub-contractors.
Responsible for all the material approvals as per specifications, responsible for all the Civil inspections, responsible for close out of NCR, Responsible for RFI and QC documentations, responsible for project coordination for all the subcontractor documents review submittal and third party reports, responsible for all the steel shutter post tension concrete block works inspections prior to consultant inspection, responsible for all the DM portal handling for DM inspections and coordination.
Responsible for structural execution works to perfection, responsible for all inspections related to structure and Finishing, responsible for site and project coordination as per plan and look ahead program, responsible for production output of the executed works, responsible for third party test reports and analysis, responsible for consultant approvals and documentation as per as procedure, responsible for NCR closeouts and RFI, responsible for all the execution part of work and subcontractor handling.
Responsible for Quantity surveying, Site management coordination and inspections, responsible for subcontractor billing, responsible for documentation, handled structural works and finishing works as per as Drawings.
