As a Corporate QHSE Manager (Head Quarter) I am responsible for Company’s Strategic Planning, Integrated Management System (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO31000, ISO26000, ISO55000 and ISO27000) Certification as well as Project Quality and Health Safety Management System Company Policy and Client’s contract requirements. Following are few of the responsibilities undertaken:
• To implement Strategy Planning, Balance Scorecard, Operational Excellence Program using Lean Six Sigma, Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ ISO31000/ ISO26000/ ISO55000/ ISO27001) and achieve objectives.
• To manage the business processes in respect with planning, implementation, maintenance and improvement principles.
• To lead and manage a team of QA/QC & HSE which include various discipline QA/QC Managers/Engineers, HSE Managers/Advisors/Officers and Document Control Managers.
• To design and build the Integrated Management System.
• To periodically conduct and follow-up audits.
• To advise and assist Department Heads in the preparation and delivery of efficient functionality of the processes in the company and to regularly analyze that the identified and described processes have a good functionality.
• To provide risk assessment, to establish and implement necessary measures in QH&S.
• To organize the activities within the company for health & safety, emergency situation and fire protection.
• To provide the training according to Client’s Quality, HSE, legal requirements.
• To provide the training, the motivation and acknowledge of the staff regarding Organization Excellence Models, Quality and Improvement Techniques.
• To ensure that information concerning Integrated Management System issues is communicated, understood and acquired to relevant Management and employees.
• Develop and Cascade Balance Scorecard for the Strategic Business Units in line with the corporate Strategic Planning.

• To implement Strategic Planning using Balance Scorecard, Integrated Management System (ISO 9001: 2015, APIQ1-9th edition/, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO45001:2018/OHSAS 18001 and ASME Certifications) and achieve objectives.

• To coordinate the activity of the QA/QC Coordinators and Health & Safety representatives and to analyze the received information in order to solve any occurred problem.
•Developing, Maintaining and Verifying compliance of QA/QC Procedures, Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan and Project Execution Plan for the projects.
•Facilitating Supplier/Subcontractor Quality Assurance program by guiding, directing and auditing.
•Effectively coordinating with Multi-Disciplinary Teams with excellent rapport in a diversified multi-cultural environment.
•Initiating Customer Surveys and develop data analysis.
• Project Quality Plan, HSE Plan, ITPs and Method statements on a regular basis.
•Promote Quality achievement and a culture of Quality throughout the organization.
•Develop and Cascade Balance Scorecard for the Strategic Business Units in line with the corporate Strategic Planning.
Achievements:
I am actively involved in the following completed and ongoing Projects QAQC activities right from inception (from Bidding till Execution of the Project):
1.EPIC Project for QP NGL Agru
2.EPIC for QP Khuff Gas Injection
3.EPIC for QP Integrated Oily Water
4.TEPQ EPIC for POD & COD
5.PCI Contract for Ras Gas
6. QP EPIC for Onsag Phase1
7. QP EPIC for Gas lift Manifolds
My responsibilities in the above project are as under:
•Review and ensure compliance to QAQC requirements of the Contract for the Oil & Gas clients like QP, Oxy, Ras Gas, Qatar Gas, Oryx Gtl, Maersk Oil, Dolphin Energy, TEPQ etc
•Ensure timely submission of QAQC deliverables to the client.
•Preparation and Review of Project Quality Plan, Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans etc.
•Assessment of Sub Contractors Quality Management System through audit and review of their Quality Management System during prequalification stage.
•Communicating to Sub Contractors about Project & Company’s requirements.
•Review sub contractors Quality deliverables like Project Quality Plan, Procedures, ITPs etc.
•Selection and Recruitment of Project QAQC staff (Engineers, Inspectors etc.).
•Timely Mobilization of Project Site QAQC staff at site.
•Monitoring Site QAQC staff performance through daily reports.
•Planning and Scheduling Internal Quality Audit of various departments in HO, Work Shops, Project Sites (On Shore & Off Shores) and Sub Contractors & Vendors.
•Leading team of auditors as Lead Auditor to perform audits of above mentioned areas as per the scheduled audit.
•Assisting audittes to close out audit findings and follow up for their closure.
•Attending Quality Meeting with Client and follow up internally to close out quality related issues.
•Following up for implementation of proper Corrective and Preventive Actions on Non Conformities and audit findings.
•Conduct regular in house Quality Awareness & ISO 9001/APIQ1 & ASME awareness at HO and various Project Sites.
•Ensuring timely submission of Quality Dossier
•Organize Regular Quality Review meeting at HO and Project Sites.

• Facilitation and execution of ISO 9001: 2000, TS 16949, TQM, Lean Production, CMM, Basic of Six Sigma projects in different kinds of Manufacturing industries as well as Service Industries (Software, Hospitals, Educational Institutes).
