•Responsibilities & Job Description :
Project Management Office -Dept. ( P.M.O.) : Head of PMO or Sr. Projects Manager
•Here as PMO head or Sr. Projects Manager responsible for establishing and running project management office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a best practice project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality & workmanship by monitoring closely and coordinating with design team whether they are following the approved design submission time schedule.
•Coordinate and follow up with design office for the submittal status and their reports.
•Conduct weekly or Alternate weekly meeting with the design team and discuss the submission status as per the updated and latest time schedules trackers received from the client.
•Attend meetings with the client / consultant / main contractor and discuss the status of design submittals / time schedule / quarries and if there is any discrepancies for the projects.
•Base on client’s MOM, check and try to coordinate with the concerned discipline and departments in order to responds to their comments by coordinating with internal technical department.
•Distribute “ Design Submission status reports” every alternate weekly after updated from design team and internal technical department to all departments for their information / record and comments and follow up.
•Coordinate and follow up with other sub-design consultants like HCTS / WSP / Wood roc / S&S for their scope as per the requirement and as per the time schedule.
•Monitor closely the design department whether they are following the approved trackers in order to avoid any delay in submitting the packages as agreed upon time schedule.
•Issue payment request to GM approvals for all sub-design consultant subject to their submittal status / contract payment conditions and approval from technical department.
•Monitoring and Advising the Business development dept. to send enquirers to new clients / consultants / main contractors as per their requirements.
•Preparing and advising them how to prepare RFP with both technical and financial proposals to the new clients.
•Monitoring and advising the PMO & BDD’s team to prepare reports and follow up with them and submit reports to GM and brief him every alternate weekly or as per his advice.
Supervision & Construction Management : Here as a construction manager for projects , will take primary responsibility for the overall management of individual projects and will be the Main Contact for project service delivery and also responsible for management of safety, scope, schedule and budget for assigned area or projects and for matrix management of various project resources for the construction.
•responsible for ensuring the delivery of robust, error-free information to the General Manager.
•To prepare periodic reports on the overall performance to General Manager
•To ensure the project is completed in conformance with the signed contract, subcontracts, purchase agreements, plans, specifications and changes.
•Lead the team through pre-construction services and start and hand over the project as per the target date finalized. •
To review change orders to ensure that the work is necessary and the cost is in line with the work to be accomplished and later take approval from the client.
•To administers contracts change orders, time extensions, substitution of subcontractors., review construction progress reports, recommends on progress payments and full payment on completion.
• To maintain complete records, review and verify general contractor’s M.P.C . submit progress monthly summary reports for the higher management and client & approve the Methods Procedures of construction / Materials / Safety Plan, Procedures etc.•To Conduct weekly and monthly meetings on the project, assure the project is running as per the schedule.

During last 30-years I was involved in various projects in different positions like Sr. Project Manager / Construction Manager / Project Control Manager / Procurement –Contracts & Cost Control Manger. I have worked on construction projects with Main Contractors as well as with Client / Real Estate / Consultants and engineering offices & Project – Construction Management companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
