Negotiating with suppliers/subcontractors to achieve maximum profit percentage

-Documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution
-Information Management; Provide the administration with a Summary of Information about Production, Sales, and Finance Info that influence Administration Decisions
-Manage the PMO staff and administrative work and report on the PMO unit performance
-Ensure all initiatives are aligned with the strategic objectives set for the Saudi Vision 2030
-Daily Report for Following up Works

-Creating a risk management plan
-Review and submit PMO reports prepared by the PMO team, and provide required information/data internally and externally
