• Forecasting, planning, and budgeting for the company business plans that include operational cost, sales activities, marketing campaigns, personnel, training, equipment, supplies and profit targets

• Lead Operations Team to assist the client requirements for new Digitalization project.
• Evaluate the project scope, including the functional design, layout and financial feasibility; build Technical Proposal that fulfils the RTOC project requirement and expectations including hardware & software
• Lead Operations Team in the execution phase; establish a Project Management Methodology for each project, including data architecture, data standardization, integration with the client existent infrastructure, and visualization
• Develop a Change Management process to assure the client drilling department can function with the real-time operations centre (RTOC) facility from adoption
• Involved in the client’s day to day drilling and completion activities to assist with the performance requirements
• Coordinate all activities across the RTOC deployment that contributes toward preparing users for operating within a Real-Time environment
• Manage Operations Personnel to deliver the work scope, including remote monitoring and analyzes of the drilling information at the RTOC or the drilling location if required
• Establishing standard performance measures for the Operations Team, ensuring adequate training and compliance with safety and environmental regulations Implementing and Controlling Quality Assurance plans to fulfil global industry standard
• Running and maintaining various downhole tools such as Smart Shoe, DrilWel ADS, and Hole Straightener under the Wildcat Drilling Optimization suite
• Installing the Wildcat Automated Drilling System, WADS;
• Training Drilling Personnel to operate the DrilWel ADS
• Installing and maintaining Remote Chemical Injection Systems (Solar Chemical Dispensing Skid)
• Inspecting, adjustment and Testing the Wildcat different tools and systems on Rig and in Workshop
• Initiate and accomplish the qualification with ADNOC group of companies
• Perform mechanical maintenance activities (offshore/onshore) for various NOV drilling equipment and tools
• Monitor the conditions of the equipment and perform regular check-ups for it Participate in the preparation of spare part/equipment replacement plan
• Follow up the exploitation and usage of equipment in accordance with equipment operation manual
• Installing the NOV AutoDriller and training Drilling Personnel to operate the AutoDriller on various locations worldwide
• Inspecting, adjustment and testing the AutoDriller on Rig and in Workshop
