Operational Duties:
• A potential team leader of Travel consultants and Marine trainees.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations.
• Ability to supervise bookings of an average of 15 marine vessels per month without delays.
• Ability to designate duties among consultants and trainees.
Administration Duties:
• Ability to prepare monthly sales reports on time.
• Completed IATA and PAL requirements as an authorized ticket agent.
• Ability to comply with the company's business permit, airline, and GDS affiliations.
• Ability to negotiate with company suppliers.
• Organizing and maintaining e files and records.
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Attends management weekly meetings.
• Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, calendar, minutes of the meeting, and emails.
• Tracking petty cash and keep office supply records.
• Handling of Carlson Wagonlit Client such as Oracle Philippines.
• Arrange flight, hotel accommodation, land transports, and other travel-related services based on a Global travel procedure.
• Action to emails and attends the call queries.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Making travel and guest arrangements.
