Secured and generated revenue by acquiring new partnership accounts. Responsible for driving the development and delivery of our marketing & communications budgets in line with Spartan’s strategic priorities and revenue goals. I have worked on developing long-term growth strategies that better position the brand within the MENA region. My main strengths are delivering growth goals through cross collaborations and partnerships, whilst building and executing cohesive marketing strategies. Utilizing data driven insights to formulate a sound understanding of our customer base, competitors, and consumer trends.
Notable Achievements:
• Executed one of the most successful marketing campaigns in November 2018 surpassing our target KPI’s by 40% and increasing profitability by USD$440, 000 for that race.
• In 2018, I personally secured 3-year partnership deals with global brands such as GoPro, Arla Foods, and Jeep to name a few. As a direct result of these partnerships our year on year ticket sales grew by over 33%, translating into over USD$ 2, 500, 000 each in gross revenue.
• Remodelled and implemented a more cost-effective marketing strategy, with a focus on shifting digital marketing in-house. This resulted in a reduction of our annual spend by 36%.
• Initiated new and unbudgeted events and successfully partnered with events such as the Mohamed Bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations. These events expanded brand awareness beyond our existing consumer profile.
Managed corporate marketing and communications strategies, overseeing an annual budget of USD$1, 500, 000 across the 4 subsidiaries of the parent company. I achieved business goals and initiatives through the development of marketing strategies across all key accounts successfully reaching targeted ROI’s. Through direct brand management, tradeshow marketing, product launches and advertising, I was able to develop brand. consistency, enhance the online presence for each account and build strong business-client relations.
Notable Achievements:
• Restructured the overall marketing strategy for all key accounts within the organization to help increase reach by 75% across the region.
• Created breakthrough connections into the new and rising trends of FinTech and Innovation. Identified opportunities, researched new product possibilities, and collaborated with key industry experts to execute campaigns. In 2017 we surpassed our KPI’s by over 26%.
• Developed media kits to aid in media pitches and secure high-level sponsorship deals for events. Improving brand exposure across multi-channels ranging from online, to print to radio.
Played a crucial role in the development of company branding, PR, and communications plans. As a key member of the marketing team, I developed and executed efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for the company whilst running exhibitions and corporate events. I also organized and oversaw all advertising/communication campaigns including but not limited to traditional media, seasonal push campaigns, product launch campaigns, and brand awareness campaigns.
