- Providing shop drawing support to the workshops and factories.
- Coordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors and suppliers.
- Developing 2D/3D product files into a product library for Design services.
- Producing working drawing packages, mood& sample boards & also 3d visuals.
- Well known the local market and material suppliers.
- Organizing and maintaining the practice and materials library
- Producing tender documentations, detailed drawing packages & written specification.
- Managing and supervising workshop workers and site labors.
Promote virtual offices and registration virtual clients
Oversee all offices design modification including network/layout preparation
Respond to and resolve issues of concern regarding business centre operations and clients
Satisfaction by identifying problems and report regularly to the business centre manager
Monitor staff attendance, workload, and approving training
Responsible for administrative and operational activities related to the organization
Coordinating with tenants and other legal entities for resolving legal related issues
Served for customer service departments as backup which is related to visas and license issues.
