• Reporting to the corporate communication manager and working with her on daily basis to ensure a successful implementation to the corporate communication strategy of UPC.
• Coordinate each of UPC’s event professionally and to a high standard, on time, within budget and in accordance to management expectations (specifically government events such as: (CITYSCAPE) starting from the administrative staff and writing correspondence between Government entities (GSEC) around event logistics including venue booking, printed materials, catering etc. until we ensure that all event requirements are provided in a timely manner and run smoothly.
• Develop accurate and informative documentation for each event to be used as a reference whenever it is required & Build effective relationships with internal departments.
• Work with pre-selected external media agencies (PR, print, online etc.) to provide updated information and to follow up the process of production and delivery of materials to ensure that internal communications are produced accurately, in a timely fashion and are high quality.
• Assist the senior staff by creating the media network and contacting key contacts to ensure the contact list is comprehensive and accurate.
• Maintain relationships with key press contacts by coordinating (with the PR agency) to write a good press releases and assemble press packs and send them out to ensure that key messages are carried by the media.
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet UPC and department requirements, policies and standards.

Cultural & Media Attache' at Embassy of the State of Palestine

• A Diplomatic mission related to Culture & Media affairs and Events as per the following:
1. "Al Quds Capital of Arab Culture" which includes more than 15 events all over the U.A.E sponsored by local authorities.
2. "from Abu Dhabi to Jerusalem is one culture" in cooperation with the Cultural Center of Skh. Sultan bin Zayed to make one week of cultural activities from both countries.
3. "Palestinian Cultural Nights" in cooperation with ADMAF (Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation) which includes 3 nights of Palestinian bands show.
4. "Palestinian Art Exhibition" sponsored by Ministry of Culture of U.A.E and in cooperation with Palestinian Ministry of culture and education.
5. The Palestinian film festival in cooperation with Abu Dhabi film festival that has 12 different shows of Palestinian Movies sponsored by Shk. Ilyazya Bint Nahyan. on the other side I was taking care of the local Media Coverage of those events in both U.A.E & Palestine.
• I was a member in a lot of Palestinian delegations presenting Palestine in so many conferences such as: (Arab Women Conf., Arab Media Conf., Arab Education Conf. and Palestinian Media & PR Conf.) as well as a speaker in so many TV programs such as the Model Woman of White hand Campaign.
• I was monitoring and administrating the first Embassy's official website www.palestineembassy.ae.
• I was handling the communications with other diplomatic missions in U.A.E, such as my membership in Arab Diplomatic Group which is participating in a lot of society activities and events on a VIP level, in that team I also was an editor in charge of a group Newsletter (Diplomats).
