• Responsible for evaluating workers in terms of technical and job performance
• Responsible about all reports relating to daily production.
• Connecting link between our department and Human resources, Purchasing management and the rest of the departments.
• Arranging samples to send for customers.
• Support in Handling customer complaints related to packaging and quality, and follow up the implementation of the agreed actions.
• Establish all required procedures related to quality control activities.
• Support sales efforts such as attending trade shows.
