Significant Achievements:
•Performed as E&I Engineer and preparing work schedule, necessary drawings, list of documents requirements and other project deliverables while monitoring project execution activities with respect to tender requirement
•Installation/commissioning/troubleshooting of I&C system, DCS Foxboro AI system, measuring and control instruments/equipment, connectivity over hardwire/Modbus/HART/FF, Bently Nevada, compressor control and package establishment
•Handling material/equipment requirement with technical aspects and approach vendor/supplier
•Perform role of site engineer activities like execution plan, requirement of materials, installation, trench excavation, cable laying, testing and co-ordinate activities in line of project

Significant Achievements:
•Led the instrumentation and process control system installation, testing and commissioning activities
•Execution and maintenance of control panel, PLC/SCADA system, field equipment, transmitters, control valves, SCS, Loss prevention system and complete wiring from filed equipment to control panel
•Examined and verified control system operation sequence & logic according to control philosophy and as per operation department requirement during FAT & SAT
•Modified instrument drawings & documents like hook up diagram, method statement, connection diagram, cause & effect chart, alarm & trip schedule, I/O list, plant operation manual
•Installation and commissioning of PT, LT, TT, FT, MOV and process digital indicator over hard wire
•Preparation of QA/QC report and raising punch list during different stage of project execution
•Managed loss prevention device installation, testing and co-ordinate with end-user safety department
•Processed tenders and prepared BOM, reviewed project tender and scope of work

•Scheduled shift duty and led various electrical and instrumentation daily activities
•Implemented preventive maintenance and identified alternate solution to prevent frequent breakdown
