Preparing comprehensive ITT packages: developing Expression of Interest (EOI) Pre Qualification requests, conduct EOI PQQs, evaluate EOI / PQQ responses Managing the communication, bidders queries, and Tender Addendums during the tender period with necessary input from the End User where required Coordinating and attending technical and commercial bid openings preform evaluation of commercial aspects of the technical submissions and evaluation of the commercial bid Preparing contract documents for signature and execution Issuing Letter of Reward and Regret as appropriate Providing advice on all contractual issues during the complete life cycle of the Contract until the contract closes out Monitoring supplier performance to ensure targets are met and identifying ways to improve the supply chain process with suppliers
Create PR, Purchase orders, issuance of service requests and subcontract services
Create Maintenance work orders, Minor Maintenance Tickets MMT in SAP
Schedule Maintenance word order, MMT and Preventive maintenance orders
Request Materials and Support services for created work orders and expedite their delivery on time
Sourced and verifi ed quotations from suppliers before initiating purchase processes
Reviewed proposals and submitted reports to procurement heads for selection
Evaluate and specify products to meet the technical requirements of the project Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Technical reviews for material procurement documents, such as MR, NMR, MAR and MTA
