In ATS, I created whole health care system from scratch that's built as RCM and CRM hospital where MS Dynamics contains booking, claims and doctor's slots management .
I also worked in creating MS Dynamics for Ajman Markets Cooperative Society where MS Dynamics was managing all the customers loyalty department
MOHE had more than 10 live systems going. I was the main developer for handling KASS (King Abdullah Scholarship System). KASS is the system where Saudi students apply for scholarships. KASS was an online website that receives around 100, 000 applications within 2 weeks in the year and has a workflow for those 100, 000 requests the whole year. I was fixing immediate bugs, enhancing performance to the max, handling new requirements.
in Veripark, I’ve worked on several projects including CRM and CCA projects. I worked as CRM developer in KFH (Kuwait Finance Home) as my role was to make a gap analysis between requirements and current product and also applying CRM Customizations. I also worked as a developer in premises for Etisalat CCA system (UDS - Unified Desktop System) where I was creating new requirements for the project and doing technical support for Etisalat agents on the system. I was also the main developer in creating a full collections module for CBA ( Commercial Bank of Africa ) that handles their NBV department which holds millions of collection tickets and the other banks products including Finance loans, Overdrafts, Mortgage loans and all other bank products.
ICDL Jordan has two main systems. IAS (ICDL Administration System) and SPECTO. I was from the main developers in IAS from its start as it was a huge website for managing all ICDL students, centers and exams in Jordan. SPECTO was the windows forms based examination system that was created by ICDL Jordan. I was fixing all of its bugs and modifications to the system.
In ESKADENIA, I was working as a web developer for Life Insurance System where I was fixing bugs, handling new requirements and doing technical support at client premises. I was handling Life Insurance support for two main insurance Jordanian companies
