• Working with Saudi Aramco PMT under East West pipeline Project Department (CDPD).
• Review all drawings that related to the project and write the comments.
• Working as material expeditor.
o Successfully led the closure of review cycles up to IFC issuance for the current project.
o Reviewing and facilitating resolution of Contractor’s Technical Queries.
o Resolution of any engineering and constructability issues as required.
o Verification & approval of post IFC Field revision Drawings during project construction phase.
o Supervising Saudi Aramco contractors at construction sites to ensure that in process construction activities are of the required standard.
o Carry out final inspections to ensure compliance to project specifications.
o Supervision of construction activities to ensure that health and safety regulations are upheld in the use of manpower, machinery and materials as stipulated in relevant Saudi Aramco General Instructions (GIs).
o Resource monitoring on site in terms of Material, Machinery and Manpower levels against requirements as per Construction S-Curves to ensure progress is sufficient to meet project milestones and reporting any inadequacies and proposing recovery strategies.
o Tracking project progress from design, procurement, and construction for Variance Reporting.
o Validating Contractor’s change order requests and reporting to management for approval including preparing CE and review BOQ with contractor.
o Perform site surveillance to verify payment claims from the contractor against actual work done for the LSTK Contracts.
o Review and approve construction related method statements.
o Supporting Project’s Quality objectives by attending meetings, partnering with Contractor to ensure KPI target is met Saudi Aramco: Company General Use.
o Currently leading the task of improving the unit’s quality of reports such as weekly and monthly etc. for Management Reporting.
o Evaluating and coordinating closure of project correspondence.
o Coordinating project issues for resolution among project stakeholders such as Contractor, Proponent, Inspection.
• Mechanical Department:
o Do any hydrotest required for all equipment's and pipes before and after installation as per SAES standards.
o Handling of daily problem issues at site
o Study of project specification given by the client to check for all inspection requirements
o Attend meeting with contractor and client
• Commissioning Department:
o Leading to implement any test required with all vendors and arrange all materials and paper works needed.
o Inspection and testing activities at site.
o Review preliminary drawing and document in compliance with project specification
during construction and startup of KGPD
• Worked with the testing and inspection group (T&I) during the first initial
equipment T&I
• Worked with the rotating equipment’s unit in the machine shop
