Provide full support by hiring suitable candidates, proceed for daily personnel requests and monthly payroll and more.
• Lead and supervise team of personnel, payroll, and recruitment
• Prepare and review HR policy
• Implement and clarify to all employees HR policy and labor law
• Managing day to day personnel issues
• Perform employee’s investigation and proceed for disciplinary action or termination as per labor law
• Prepare weekly and monthly report to HR manager and GM
• Approve all benefits and eligibility in line with HR policy
• Review and advise new benefit for outstanding employees and forecast the cost
• Review and approve monthly payroll and vacation/ final settlement
• Validate data entered in ERP system
• Negotiate and approve medical and life insurance policies
• Supervise all GOSI services
• In charge of all mega recruitment activities for rental manpower
• Review, update and approve on recruitment agencies agreement
• Supervise hiring process for all nationalities internally and overseas along with hiring manager
• Sign agreement with human resource development fund (HRDF) and submit invoices for fund support to Saudis employees
• Supervise government relation officers and coordinators for any work related to HR in all government sectors
• Support department managers in manpower plan and job description revision
• Get manpower requirement and look for suitable candidate in Saudi and oversea
• Communicate with recruiting agencies in Saudi and overseas for requirement
• Negotiate and agree on recruitment contract and terms with agencies
• Screen, make call interview to short- listed candidates for better selection
• Conduct reference check, prepare job offer and complete hiring document
• Onboard new employees and clarify HR policy
• Register and update employees’ data in ERP system ( AXAPTA)
• Control HRDF to assure registration of employees and claim invoices
• Work closely with insurance company in addition, deletion and approval for employees
• Support department managers for vacation plan
• Run monthly payroll and vacation/ final settlement in ERP
• Follow up yearly evaluation with line manager for all employees
• Maintain and monitor Saudization percentage
• Review and maintain HR policy and procedures in the company
• Reduce employee turn-over by conducting exist interview, survey and find solution
• Supervise government relation officers in GOSI, Ministry of Human Resource, Muqeem, Municipality and Ministry of Commerce and Investment
• Follow up in company licenses and registrations renewal
• Collect manpower requirement along with job description
• Look for CVs and candidates
• Filter and conduct phone interview for applicants
• Arrange for interview campaign and make interview
• Prepare job offers and communicate with selected candidates
• Work in completion of hiring document/ process
• In charge of income data and invoices
• Prepare monthly and quarterly report for achieved number and net income
• Enter data and verify on company ERP system/ interface
• Handle the supervision of the workshop
• Help with administration work
• Prepare salary slip and overtime sheet
• Work in foreign visas, contracts and process for working in Saudi Arabia
• Manage the work place between customers and employee
