Support Business Units in the delivery of employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information and create, maintain and archive personnel files.
Establish, maintain and control records, files, correspondence and reports relating to recruitment.
Provide detailed reports on recruitment activities including explanations of any variances from recruitment targets.
Assist the HR Manager with development, implementation and continued refinement of marketing and recruitment strategies including provision of market intelligence which will inform the preparation and production of same.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and participate in continuous improvement processes.
Assist HR Manager to ensure all HR related documentation, policies and procedures complies with local regulations and labour laws.
Assist with development and delivery of programs and events to support the integration of international and domestic staff to encourage friendships and supportive social networks.
Contribute to events and projects on campus as required to support a consistent quality in the overall staff experience.
Build upon existing community engagement initiatives to open new opportunities for staff to integrate into Arabian society and have culturally enriching experiences.

Deals with internal and external customers at all levels via telephone and email, to ensure successful communication via actively listening and probing questions. 2. Enjoys sharing knowledge and encouraging development of others to achieve specific team goals. 3. Refined planning and organizational skills that balance work, team support and ad-hoc responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. 4. The ability to use all Microsoft Office applications professionally. 5. The ability to speak and write in English fluently.
High school diploma of since from Alamjad high school. Completed from Missouri State University English program and took some college classes in the period from December of 2009 till May 2012
