Major Roles:

IT Infrastructure Project Manager (ERP- MTech Project)
SAP Basis Team Lead.
Management Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Responsibility of the planning, execution and closing of the projects.
- Accountable for managing SAP & Non-SAP Production Environments.
- Submitting project document such as Project Charter, Stakeholders registry, Project Plan, Weekly Progress reports, and Closing forms.
- Project owner weekly progress reports & presentations.
- Leading teams through complex program and project tasks. Detail oriented, delivery-focused and able to motivate teams.
- Facilitates a positive team environment. Anticipates and identifies issues inhibiting the attainment of project goals, develops and implements corrective actions as necessary.
- Set clear goals and stay focused on the task at hand, manage team escalation and SLA.
- Accountable for Managing Databases both Production & Test environment of the company.
- Following project management methodologies such as PMI or ASAP for SAP.
Technical Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Design the Technical Architect and the System Landscape on the required platform (High Availability “HA”, Standalone systems, Three-Tier Architect, , , Etc.)
- Implementing SAP Components ( ECC, CRM, EP, BOBJ, PI, TM, BI and Solution Manager) for 700+ Concurrent Users.
- Hardware sizing tailored to the designated environment.
- Installation and post installation of SAP components
- SID conversion of SAP on SQL/Windows. - Splitting central instance from DB instance
- Upgrade the system to N -1 and Perform system Migration and System Copy
- Disaster Recovery Strategy.
- Configuring E2E Root Cause Analysis, Maintenance Optimizer in Solution Manager
- Configuring/troubleshooting solution manager diagnostic and Early Watch Reports
- Adding Systems, Configuring Service Desk, etc in Solution Manager
- Scheduling, Scripting and Taking Database Backups Online/Offline on SQL
- Performing Database restore and recovery of SQL DB
- Configuring/Maintaining Email/Fax through SAP (SMTP) and SAP router .
- Wily Interscope, Java Workload analysis, Thread dump analysis, Change analysis
- Opening customer messages and maintaining system data in service market place.
- Configuring TMS on SQL/Windows - Applying patches & kernel updates
- Client copies (Local, Remote and Export/Import) - Post installation check, System outages
- Creation of users/authorizations, Logon Load Balancing, Workload Analysis
- Update Processing, Spool Administration, BG Job Administration, Operation Modes
- Analysis & Monitoring Tools - System Logs, Dump Analysis, Work Process Overview
