Managed onsite operations of the Train 3 Field Facility & Fence OS-BL Project of 5.4 KM HDPE 16" fire water line, 5.5 KM HDPE 6" potable water line, 2 x 15000 gallons water buffer tanks, 2 high capacity pumps, filtering and power/control switching system, 11x16" fire water line valves, fire water hydrants, 33 KM E&I power/fiber optic cables, 4 high lighting poles, PAGA tower, data telecommunication center, several bldgs & blocks, potable water bottle treat & fill block, maintenance sheds, site lockers, showers block, mess hall, diesel refilling station, car/bus parks, 2.7 KM fence, 54 light/CCTV poles and others.
Managed the renovation of an old 400 SQ M residential villa and a back area of 1100 SQ.M into a modern all-encompassing full-service lady gym health club & spa & swimming pool of 240 SQ.M, against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations, whilst supervising, directing & motivating teams of multi-discipline contractors & employees.
Managed the construction of Sigma Metal Systems factory project in the new industrial area, including laying foundations, columns, beams, anchor bolts pointing & fitting, plumbing and manholes works, back filling and compaction, slab, construction and flexible joints, steel structure installation, material procurement, equipment control, management of a team of multi-disciplines, monitoring project risks to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions, highlight reports, requests for change etc., ensuring the delivery of high quality service, acting on client feedback and team performance, liaison with owner and contractors and municipality authorities all in compliance with QHSE standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervised the construction of Sigma Metal Systems factory, a steel structure factory in new industrial area. Works included laying foundations, columns, beams, anchor bolts pointing & fitting, all infrastructure works including plumbing, manholes, backfilling and compaction, slab, construction, flexible & construction joints and steel structure installation.
• Managed several projects; Subcontract of Excavation and Backfilling in Doha New Port Project Mesaieed, subcontract for Supply and Installation of Security Glass Barrier and Stainless Steel and Glass Railing System in New Doha International Airport (NDIA), Logistics and Glass Installation in QP district towers in Dafna, and Logistics, mechanical and construction works, Musheireb (phase 1).
• Manage and coordinate all projects and site operations to ensure execution in compliance with agreed T&C's of contracts and safety requirements;
