With FAST BUILDING with about 265 million Dirhams.
The project consists of twin towers over department store and parking floors. I review all the structural design especially the thermal effect and the post tensioning as a technical and contract manager, Plan the project milestones and allocate all the subcontractors. Manage purchasing of al material and construction equipment’s including tower cranes, placing boom and man lifts .Manage all the matters in relation to variations, claims and extension of time.

The three project above were completed with Al Radeem and Bin Ojan Group with Abu Dhabi municipality and carried out from the from bidding and tendering stage up to final handover. All the activities were managed from the early start of the project up to final completion and handover.

As a project directors my role covers the following
•Cradle to grave support handling multiple bid opportunities, personal work negotiation, contract award and administration of resultant contract.
•Manage different contracts from private and public .Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration of major contracts.
•Monitor company performance to original proposals and maintain continual reviews to ensure that al terms and conditions are met and the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, client specifications, and governmental regulations.,
•Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contact status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination
•Prepare special reports and analyses as required.
•Lead and conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration of major contracts,
•Monitor company performance for conformance to original proposal and terms and conditions of agreement .
•Serve as point of contact for supplier, subcontractors, and others both internal and external in regards to contractual matters.
•Acts as advisor regarding legal requirements to management and others,
•Review and negotiate terms and conditions of different types of contractual agreements to ensure compliance with established policies and standards,

As a project manager and technical advisor for the group I manage the design of the precast works for the external elevations of the schools, the elevated tanks, and the design and fabrication of steel structure for the multipurpose halls and audituriums.manage and plan all the activities in the site .also allocate all the required resources for the construction in line with the project schedule and budget.
