Leading and managing all maintenance operations and logistics for 4 facilities; 1 palace, 1 mosque and 2 villas in an efficient and effective delivery, ensuring the safety comfort, and time manner of conducting the work. During this period, I was responsible for:
•Manage all kind of maintenance activities for 4 properties
•Communicate with suppliers and collect quotations based on the requirement activities
•Schedule and perform preventive maintenance
•Plan, schedule, communicate, assign tasks to the team and monitor to completion, ensuring conformance to specifications, standards and schedule
•Train and educate staff on existing systems and in-house procedures
•Maintain optimum stock levels, ensuring all transactions are well documented and records maintained
•Managing all projects and maintenance work in an efficient and cost-effective manner, ensuring conformity to Quality Standards and observing Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations
•Responsible for maintenance, insurance and logistics of car fleet and boats
•Focal point responsible for the custom clearance
Managing the MEP (Mechanical electrical plumbing) installation & maintenance team for banks, governmental buildings, Palaces and major construction projects
•Schedule and monitor implementation of Preventive maintenance plan of AC split units, VRV's, FCU, AHU, FAHU, EF, FAF, Chilled Water pumps, Domestic water pumps, Submersible pumps, Heat exchangers, MDB, SMDB, Lighting control, …etc.
•Maintain minimum stock of spare parts and consumables and order when required
