Spearheading a culture of quality within the company.

Assist workshop team in investigation of all base incidents’ (Recordable Incidents, Near Miss and First Aid) and ensure proper records are completed and submitted. Assist in implementation of corrective actions as it relates to the incident and ensure “lessons learned” are communicated throughout the Company and are incorporated into the program.
Responsible for the QHSSE Section in all tenders (national & international) which the company contribute in addition to all meetings and visits conducted by the client and the IFC.
• Established training function from scratch, as per ISO 9001, system approach, and acting as the QHSSE Coordinator for non-technical functions in ISO Certification projects.
• Established Basic Training Center in Suez, to provide basic and vocational training operated within a complete educational process as for (Trainers assignment, training materials, exams, workshop design, classrooms setup…etc).
• Implemented various vocational training programs for SGGE Staff before the inauguration of the plant in different countries like (France, India, Brazil, Romania, UK), including all logistics and technical aspects.
• Coordinated with Departments Managers to provide a training framework within company budget using TNA that enables all employees to make a full contribution to the business in co-ordination with the central training department in France.
• Standardized training programs KPIs so as to monitor and evaluate the ROI for each one, also contribute to the development and improvements of all training materials and aids.
• Conducted Code of Conduct training for all newcomers and existing employees.
• Conducted performance appraisals for all SGGE Employees (Blue & White collars), then feedback “People Group” system with relevant data for each employee career path.
• Represented Saint Gobain Egypt (Glass & Gypsum) in all deals with IMC and ongoing provide reports on SG utilized budget and available balance.
