Leading a team of Business Analysts and SAP consultants to enable the company transformation to SAP technology in the area of New and Pre-owned Vehicles business. Focusing on the Procurement and Logistics operations with an integration with the other automotive core businesses and back office functions (Demand Planning, Sales, After Sales, HR and Finance)
Performs the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required to develop the enterprise architecture (EA) and to ensure that it is leveraged. Building the EA repository
Selecting EA & BPM too (ARIS)
Developing EA governance
Managing several project related to EA
Define the handshaking mechanism between EA other teams in the company.
Leading a team of IT analysts and SAP consultants to enable the company IT and business transformation in New Vehicles, Pre-owned Vehicles & Forklifts businesses focusing on Logistics function with integration with demand planning, Procurement, sales, after sales, HR and finance functions.
Full responsibility for the Knowledge Management Department in ALJ.

Establishing end user awareness program to increase the
utilization of the new portal.

company’s vision & mission through internal

eForms & Process Automation
Establishing the complete framework of eForm within ALJ & building
qualified team.
More than 10 processes were transferred to automated workflows and
went live.
Using SharePoint & InfoPath technologies many new services were
introduced.

Full responsibility for the new Content Management System (CMS) project in the Bibliotheca Alexandrina which consists of several tasks such as:
Accepting the system from the vendor.
Make the necessary design analysis related to BA site.
Make the technical evaluation.
Make the necessary analysis for implementing.
Construct business process needed for the system.
Orient the business users to the new system.
Lead a team of junior developers and provide support for them.
Developing banking application using Gupta & Sybase.
Solving the business and technical defects that happen in customer environment.
Make the required analysis/design for new business items.
Develop the required code modules needed to the new items.
Database administration.
Provide technical support /administration for the clients (that is include to traveling to be on customer site).
