Start with the help of PDCA Company to educate employees about the
Company’s ISO 9001-2008 program.
Meet of all department managers to reach the best possible way to hold
the company's transactions in accordance with the ISO program.
Correct whatever is necessary, including aligns with the requirements of ISO.
Set up a team in Quality Management for Internal Audit.
Do Internal Audit with the help of my team.
Follow-up measures of prevention and correction procedures.
Modified forms of each section separately in collaboration with the
department manager if necessary in order to develop the mechanism of action.
Reception of the external auditors and work with them to prove the extent of
our commitment to quality requirements.
Oversee the workflow method according to the requirements of Quality
Management.

- Participate in developing and formulation the main objectives of the institution
- Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs so as to achieve the main objectives of the institution
- Participation in senior management meetings and Provide opinion over the results and decisions
- Responsible for announcement / inform all personnel the administrative decisions after adoption
- Adopt all exchange documents after signing and reviewing by the financial manager
- Attend meetings of the Board of Directors and assist in the formulation and rationing recommendations and decisions issued and develop appropriate plans
- manage the organization’s periodic meeting and assist issuing the appropriate decisions based on the contained facts
- Implementation of approved quality plans specialized in administrative affairs
- Participate in the formulation and preparation of administrative affairs procedures with the management representative of the quality system and the Director of Planning for Quality Assurance
- Review and audit procedures, forms, records, and instructions for the quality system for administrative affairs before being approved by the Director-General
- Constipation, keeping and maintenance the licensing documents, commercial and industrial and tax registration, and follow the validity of these documents and other necessary governmental documents to codify the operational conditions
- Review and audit the final statements for promotions and job stability and salaries at the end of each year
- Review and audit of the annual budget
- Verify that all administrative instructions are already in place and sanctions for violators
- Review and approve monthly wages and salaries revealed
- Fully responsible for the transportation department and car maintenance and dealing with RTA
- Adopt leave requests and hiring and firing decisions
- Fully responsible about the infrastructure of the administrative and productive units safety and to take the necessary preventive measures and treatment to keep these assets
- Fully responsible for the security and preserve the contents of the institution of the theft and has the right to issue the orders and decisions that will enable it
- Responsible for all actions of the industrial safety instructions followed in the institution and is responsible for the correctness of these procedures
- Represent the company in front of others, as well as at events and concerts and official interviews authorized from the representative of the Board of Directors
- Training the administrative affairs personnel of their actions and transfer his expertise to them so that they are qualified to take his place in case of vacuum office
- Raise the weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports to the Executive Director and General Manager and discuss these reports in the rotating senior management meetings
