• Developed the business within the UAE, in addition to managing direct / indirect sales opportunities to position RSTN Consulting as the main partner of BPM, ECM, e-Discovery and Back-file conversion for the Banking, Insurance, Governmental, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Managed the deployment of a global document management solution for an American multinational insurance corporation in 5 Gulf countries.
• Conducted Business requirements gathering and analysis sessions in addition to coordinating with systems partners to finalize designs and confirm solution / requirements.
• Conducted business process analysis / mapping in addition to identifying optimization opportunities using Blueworks and Visio.
• Managed several back-file scanning project for several clients in both public and private sectors
• Managed and coordinated alfa cross functional projects throughout their life cycle and ensured successful coordination and completion as per quality standards, while planning and overseeing all activities including implementation and acceptance of alfa projects according to the guidelines agreed upon with key stakeholders and the Management.
• Managed the deployment of 220 2G/3G radio sites through Lebanon to improve the network coverage and quality.
• Appointed as liaison with the Ministry of Telecommunication for Lebanon to coordinate among external parties and stakeholders involved within the radio sites rollout project.
• Managed the evacuation of alfa core site by relocating its radio site, transmission hub, and its core nodes while performing the complete dismantling and evacuation from the switch thus reducing the company's expenditure by $450K a year.
• Coordinated the optimization and enhancement of alfa 2G network by improving alfa's voice and data services.
• Provided pre-sales presentations of HP BTO products, studying customer needs and proposing adequate solutions.
• Delivered the implementation of HP BTO portfolio solutions for several clients in Lebanon and abroad.
• Delivered various trainings for HP solutions and products such as:
• Developed training packages to satisfy defined training requirements.
• Conducted HP Software training classes for engineers, technicians, customer service staff and other field technical staff.
• Provided technical support for HP UNIX systems and Windows server.
Attended Project Management Professional training by CMCS institute at Holiday Inn Tower, Dunes, Lebanon from the the month of November till the end of December (equivalent to a 5 days training course).
