_Optimize the ALFA coverage in Beirut area on all technologies (2G, 3G and 4G)
_ Deploy the 4G network in Beirut
_Work to improve the KPIs of the network on all technologies
_Work on the worst cells list in the network to improve their performance.

_Actually deploying the LTE-Advance all over Lebanon (Acceptance, parameters tuning …)
_Perform Drive tests using TEMS and QUALIPOC and analyze log files using TEMS and ACTIX
_Escalate any recorded problems on the Antennas (alarms, Transmission issues, Core issues…)
_Work on the sites capacity during large events to prevent congestion
