Designing, analyzing and optimizing new and existing mobile network configurations for telecommunication systems (e.g. Nokia, Ericsson) for a regional mobile service provider. Investigating and resolving network system faults with improvements and updates for network configurations. Worked on Ericsson Belgium EBR Project to provide remote engineering services to support implementation of Ericsson’s
telecom system by its customer in Belgium (MOBISTAR telecom service provider).
* Promoted to project Team Leader to complete the EBR project.
* Designed and integrated over 100 mobile network sites implementing Ericsson telecom system in Belgium.
* Optimized customer’s implementation of Ericsson system to minimize the DCR (drop call rates) on the network.
* Implemented/optimized 3G U900/2100 (e.g. scrambling code definition and WCL-Worst Cell List analysis).
* Designed/analyzed drive test routes and defined nodes neighbors for optimizing customer’s mobile network.
* Generated network design and configuration reports for customer (e.g. mobile telecommunication coverage).
* Provided engineering customer support to investigate and resolve network faults/alarms.
